Ignite Youth Employment has evolved to meet the changing needs of rangatahi and the employment market. Building on the success of our award-winning youth employment programmes, we now provide intensive one-on-one Community Job Coaching, supporting young people to move into sustainable employment, training, and education pathways.
Since 2021, more than 200 rangatahi have successfully completed Ignite Youth Employment programmes, with 80% transitioning into employment or further education. These outcomes have established Ignite as one of Hawke’s Bay’s most successful youth employment initiatives and provide the foundation for our personalised coaching approach today.
As a preferred provider of MSD Community Job Coaching, our experienced Employment Coaches work individually with each participant to identify goals, overcome barriers, and create a pathway toward long-term success.
